Shipping policy

Gold + Bern LLC d/b/a All Better Co. or its affiliates (collectively, “ABC,” “we”, “us” or “our”) will arrange for shipment of Your product to You.  We offer free 5-7 day shipping within the continental US for all orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For all other orders, regular shipping is $4.95. We are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time. Additionally, regular shipments may experience delays due to COVID-19. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, as set forth in this Shipping & Exchanges Policy.  Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  Shipping will not take place on weekends. ABC is not responsible for any delay in shipments.  Title and risk of loss passes to You upon our transfer of Your product to the shipping carrier. 

 

Exchanges 

If Your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, ABC will exchange it for the identical product at no additional cost.  Or if the product delivered is not the product that You ordered, ABC will exchange it for the product ordered.  If you do need to exchange a product for one of these reasons, email us at help@allbetterco.com. To complete Your exchange, ABC also requires a receipt or proof of purchase.  Depending on where you live, shipping and delivery times may vary. 

You bear the risk of loss during shipment and we cannot guarantee that we will receive Your product.  We strongly recommend that You fully insure your shipment against loss or damage and that You use a trackable carrier or shipping service that can provide You with proof of delivery for your protection. 

Once Your product is received and inspected, ABC will notify You via email that we have received Your Product.  ABC will also notify You of the approval or rejection of Your exchange request.  If approved, ABC will ship Your exchanged product to You.  Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.  Title and risk of loss passes to You upon our transfer of Your product to the shipping carrier.  Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.  ABC is not liable for any delay in shipments.

 

Refunds and Returns 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns at this time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at help@allbetterco.com.

We are unable to offer a refund or credit for any products that cannot be delivered due to address error, that are seized by Customs or other enforcement agencies, or that are refused or abandoned by the intended recipient.
